How to identify Oily, Acne prone Skin?

Age 13+, Oily skin with enlarged pores in which sebum may accumulate in pore openings, darken due to oxidation and appear as blackheads. When pore openings are clogged, the sebum residues will appear as whiteheads. When these residues become inflamed, we describe the condition as Acne. Areas of the face may be shiny, bumpy, scaly, red (especially in inflamed areas) with a dull, waxy, impure look.

What is the right approach for treating oily skin?

1. Light exfoliation for better drainage in order to release clogged pores.
2. Maintaining hygenic conditions on the skins surface.
3. All care products for this skin type should be non-occlusive oil-free formulations, in order not to further aggravate the condition.
4. Keeping the skin protected from damaging environmental factors such as pollution, smoking and free radicals.
5. This skin type does not usually need a moisturizer. It is well equipped by nature to maintain its own moisture, unless extremely drying medications such as "Accutane" are used.
6. Harsh degreasing "formulations" in cleansers are not recommended because they often provoke a vicious cycle of "re-fattening".
7. Temporary dryness due to environmental or other reasons may be dealt with by using a skin balancing emulsion.

The cream provides all the moisture your skin needs during the daytime. It is easily absorbed by the skin, enriching it with premium quality Seabuckthorn oil, herbal antioxidants and softening Plantain extract. The lotion is slightly tinted, giving a natural coverage to all skin types. To obtain flawless coverage for spots and hyper-pigmented areas and to further protect the skin from future sun damage, a small quantity of Powder Foundation SPF17 may be blended in before this cream is fully absorbed. Directions: Spread over the face before exposure to the sun. Re-apply after swimming or heavy perspiration. This cream is especially suited for users of AHA skin renewal creams and skin lightening creams.
	Purifying Mineral Soap With Dead Sea Silt Code: fl4163 150ml. This delicate cleansing gel lathers into a gentle creamy foam which, when rinsed off, leaves your skin smooth, perfectly clean and with a perfect Fresh Look! Contains a wealth of softening marine ingredients: Seaweed and Dead Sea silt with moisturizing Seabuckthorn extract to prevent over-drying. Directions: Apply gel on moist skin. Lather gently, avoiding eye area. Rinse off with plenty of water.
	Panaderm Spot Treatment Cream Code: fl765 40ml. Traditional Ayurveda herbs form the basis for this ointment which has been formulated for oily, problem skin. Cares gently but effectively for problems of impurities of acne prone skin. The creamy ointment is fully absorbed by the skin, leaving no stains or powdery residue. The ointment gently soothes typical redness around impurities without leaving an over drying sensation. Directions: Apply locally to required spots or areas on cleansed skin. Massage in lightly until absorbed. In order to eliminate the formation of hyper-pigmented spots on pimples or broken skin, always protect you skin during daytime with a non oily sun guard.
	Exfoliating Liquid Soap Code: fl104 200ml. A special skin cleanser based on exfoliating fruit acids and plant extracts. Contains both alpha and beta hydroxy acids for enhancing skin exfoliation. 	Dead Sea Local Drying Lotion With Dead Sea Minerals Code: fl010 30ml. A natural Dead Sea mineral suspension for local application on blemished areas of oily, acne- prone skin. Contains an optimal blend of herbal extracts (Echinacea, Witch Hazel, Sage, Lavender and Thyme) that maintains the hygiene of oily skin, purifies and absorbs waste and perspiration from the skin's surface without over-drying it. Directions: Apply every evening to the required spots and leave on overnight. Due to the mineral content, a slight tingling may be felt when the lotion is applied to the skin. Natural Tree Moss, Myrrh Balsam and Thyme oil promote hygienic conditions on the skin. Local Treatment Mask feels especially gentle on the skin, not stinging or over-drying. It will not stain or cause discoloration to bed linen. Its natural beige color helps conceal problem areas during the daytime. Directions: After cleansing, use locally on impurities and blemished areas. Leave on overnight and rinse off the residue the next morning. During the day, apply a thin layer, lightly patting until absorbed. Makeup or Protective Day Cream SPF20 may be applied on top for environmental protection.
	Concealing Powder Foundation SPF 17 Code: fl200 8gr. This micronized powder foundation provides multiple benefits. It covers and conceals uneven tone: spots, redness (broken capillaries) and absence of pigment (vitiligo). It also raises the SPF of your regular day cream. Directions: With the fingertips, smooth one or two drops of fluid around the eyes. It will be readily absorbed, leaving a comfortable tightening sensation.
	Under-Makeup Cream Code: fl071 40ml. A special cream to enrich the delicate skin around the eyes and "fill in" wrinkles, especially for users of make-up, which tends to accentuate them. Despite being rich in oils, it creates a silky, matte appearance. Genuinely helps keep makeup affixed to the skin. Instead of applying powder on top of makeup, this cream can be applied beneath it. The cream can be used to camouflage the shininess of oily skin. Directions: Spread onto the face, especially the delicate eye area. Apply beneath makeup in order to affix it well to the skin. 	Gentle Mascara Remover Code: fl098 40ml. A refined easy and economic to use ointment, for removing water-resistant mascara and other eye make-up gently and effectively. The ointment melts upon contact with the skin, making the cleansing process very convenient. Contains golden Jojoba wax to protect the delicate eye area from drying. In order to improve skin tolerance, detergents and surfactants were totally omitted from the formulation. Directions: With eyes closed and using clean fingers, spread a small quantity onto the eyelids. Dissolve away make-up with gentle massage movements. Wipe several times with a damp tissue or moist cotton pad until all traces of make-up have been removed.
